Anaphylaxis is the most severe type of allergic reaction and should always be treated as a medical emergency. Anaphylaxis requires immediate treatment with adrenaline (epinephrine).
If treatment with adrenaline is delayed, this can result in fatal anaphylaxis.

Blue/grey reliever medication is unlikely to harm, even if the person does not have asthma

Medical chests are lockable steel containers containing first aid items, antibiotics and other medications to treat accidents, trauma and other significant medical emergencies until the RFDS
arrives. Only authorised, registered Custodians are permitted to manage medical chests, subject to strict conditions.
